Class Student / Participant requirements:
1. Student / participant must pre-register for Live - Remote learning refresher class(es).
2. Student / participant must submit verifiable training certificates and produce them upon request
3. Student / participant must verify identity – submit a copy of your US Government issued (driver’s license, state-issued ID card, or US passport).
